Convert into a TS808

Among other components our kit includes two ICs, a JRC4558D and a RC4558P, due to the fact that the original TS808 could be fitted with either of them. The JRC4558D is currently manufactured by New Japan Radio (NJR), the same company that made the original chips. Many experts have agreed on the fact that the sound produced by the JRC4558D is exactly the same as the produced by the original chip! Just install the IC socket that comes with the kit and try both ICs to decide which one you prefer.
